DMCA / Takedown policy

Moldavite hosts user-generated study material. Each user is responsible for the content they upload and generate. If you believe content on Moldavite infringes your copyright, please send a takedown notice to dmca@moldavite.app.

What to include

• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• The URL(s) of the allegedly infringing material on Moldavite.
• Your contact information (name, email, address, phone).
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf, and that the use is not authorized.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Our response

We aim to review takedown notices within 5 business days. Where a notice is valid, we remove or restrict access to the content and notify the uploader. Repeated infringers may have their accounts terminated.

University materials

Moldavite is not affiliated with or endorsed by any university. Course codes and course names are used solely to help students find relevant study material and are the property of their respective institutions. If you represent a university and would like specific content removed, the same takedown process applies.

Counter-notice

If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address. We will forward it to the original complainant and may restore the content if no court action is filed within 10 business days.
